For The Love Of Bargain Hunting - Depop

Depop? What Is Depop you say? Only my latest obsession which has me up until 2am browsing bargains. Let's rewind a bit, how did I come across Depop? Probably a few years ago actually, it's like the new eBay, let's be honest. The only reason I was ever hooked on eBay was when I was bidding on Sims 2 expansion packs haha, throwback. I used Depop to sell my Michael Kors bag a few months ago and never thought about browsing on there for myself. Wait, lies. I had browsed for makeup before, shock, but never brought anything on the app at all.

Depop defines itself as the creative community's mobile marketplace. You can search for pretty much anything on the app (cosmetics, designer brands, homeware, books, clothing, accessories etc.) What I love mostly, well two things actually. One, there's always new uploads throughout the day. Two, you can get great brands like PrettyLittleThing, Missguided, Topshop, Riverisland... just because they're a bargain doesn't mean they're not on trend - trust me.

This won't be everyones cup of tea, I'm sure some people are dead against second hand clothing which is fine, it's not for everyone. However for me you'll never see me splurge on clothes, I just won't spend £30 on one item of clothing - I refuse. Cosmetics, skincare, haircare? Different story. So when I realised I can get a pair of PrettyLittleThing tapered trousers for £8 including postage - hell yeah I'm jumping on board.

It's completely safe to buy from as you can only pay through Paypal and all in app purchases are covered by buyer's protection.

Take a browse for yourself if you've never used Depop before, let me know what you think. If you've shopped with them before, are you a little obsessed like me? Who doesn't love a bargain.
