Beauty Bin - August/September 2018

I've decided to do the beauty bin a little differently from now on. Lately a lot of products have been the same or similar each month, although I'm aware I haven't posted a beauty bin for a few months - sorry! So rather than going through each individual product I'm just going to give my thoughts on new products that may not have been featured before or I'm super impressed with, or maybe even were a complete waste of money.

Batiste Dry Shampoo, Tropical / Bath & Body Works, Frosted Cupcake Candle / Palmer's Hand Moisturiser / Head & Shoulders 2 In 1, Citrus Fresh / Nip & Fab Primer Water / LUSH Creamy Candy Bubble Bar / Palmer's Manuka Flower Honey Deep Conditioner* / Real Techniques Beauty Blender / Palmer's Manuka Honey Conditioner* / NARS Sheer Glow Foundation Sample, Tahoe / Primark Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes, For Sensitive Skin / Maybelline Fit Me Concealer, 35 / LUSH Sakura Bath Bomb / Revolution Pro Microblading Precision Eyebrow Pencil, Dark Brown / L'oreal False Lash Telescopic, Black / Primark Oil Balancing Facial Cleansing Wipes

Nip & Fab Primer Water - Why do I keep trying to invest in a spritz that I'm hoping will give me a glow when in reality, none of them work. So no, I don't rate this product personally. It comes down to your skincare more than anything I'd say (unless you're counting highlighter, but that's not really a natural glow is it...) Although recently I was given a parcel from the Isle Of Paradise and they sent me their dark range but also their tanning water in light. In their own words they said it was 'great for a glow on darker skin.' So, fab! It actually works wonders - I love it. I use it daily over makeup and it's perfect for a low maintenance glow - quick & easy!

Bath & Body Works, Frosted Cupcake Candle - It's such a shame you can't get these in the UK. Well I know there's the option of Depop, Ebay ... probably Amazon, but I'm sure unsure if they're even legit. These candles have the strongest scent and I could rave about them all day long. My friend got me this on her visit to New York City earlier this year (obv that's the one thing I asked for when I knew she was heading to the states - forget makeup, I needed this candle!) So you can see it's lasted a loooong time, not that I burnt it everyday. I just don't think that much about Yankee Candles anymore - do you?

L'oreal False Lash Telescopic, Black - You know when a friend gives you a recommendation for a product and once you try it you never turn back, I'm talking years later, yeah that's this product. I've brought no other brand for mascara for perhaps... 3/4 years at least. I mean yeah maybe there's a better product on the market that may do the same job for slightly less in price (this mascara is £10.99) but I'm not even willing to switch it up anytime soon. In short, my favourite mascara and I'll recommend this to anyone.

Revolution Pro Microblading Precision Eyebrow Pencil, Dark Brown - Another product that I have to keep re-purchasing. I use a multiple products for my brows but I always need a precision pencil of some sort. Something where I'll be able to define the shape I want easily. So, here you have it for £4 - bargain.

Manuka Flower Honey Deep Conditioner* - I'm certain I've written about the Palmer's hair range before it was sent to me as PR. So to receive a huge brand through PR is incredible, an amazing opportunity. I've been using the deep conditioner and normal conditioner for a good few months now. To find something suited to my hair type, that detangles and softens is harder than you would imagine. So cheers Palmer's!

* Gifted through PR
